Outsourcing to India is a big thing, but I find it difficult to sort between the good and the bad...here's one that may be good for hassle free outsourcing. Covers a variety of types of writing, has a good list of testimonials...style of writing seems to be good too.

This one's by the Chillibreeze website owners, but is a great place for writers to network. Finally a place where you can interact with writers before you sign them on!
They also have courses and certifications which will help you pick a good writer easier. I tried posting a job on their forums to get writers for my projects - works well. Best part is a lot of the stuff on the site costs nothing. Good place for writers and clients...

Here's one more...a little less organized than the other 2 sites, and i haven't yet tried it myself, so not sure how well this will work but looks intrsting.

This site helps you find writers from around the globe, although the ones in Asia are the ones who end up quoting lowest rates in the end!
