§ 9 Public bodies and governmental agencies as victims of offense

The crime of obtaining money or property by false pretenses may, as a matter of both state¹ and federal² law, be committed by presenting and attempting to establish a claim known to be false against a government agency.

I'd like to see this annotation product integrated with wiki functionality.  That way our lawyers can have a single place to manage their research.

It would also be nice if I could attach my Word docs, PDFs and other documents to my web web research.
