In many rural areas there is no "official" transportation system. Usually people have to pay a neighbor some money in order to bring them to the doctors office. For the elderly, disabled and poor ... this often causes financial hardship. This trail looks at ways smaller communities can successfully set up a transportation system for it's most needy population. (This trail is not yet complete as I am still migrating from other book mark sites)
