4
Large, community driven comic book database, including graphic novels and collected editions.  Heavily western based but many eastern comics as well.  Robust cross-referencing.
5
Not exactly 100% free graphic novels in their entirety (the Vertigo links provide the first issue only), but cool nonetheless.
6
Despite name, covers other western graphic novels as well (though many areas still under construction).  Message board, and detailed profiles of each Marvel Masterworks edition.  From what I understand, the site owner works for Marvel, so I suppose that helps...
7
Review podcast covering western graphic novels and collected editions.  Primarily super hero themed material from the major publishers.
8
Blog focusing heavily on DC published trade paperbacks and graphic novels.  Primarily book reviews, but news and trivia posted on occasion.
9

10
Large repository of trade paperback and graphic novel solicitations, focusing on western material (primarily super hero oriented).  No longer updated?

As the title indicates, this is a TPB reviews blog.  The owner indicates a focus on Marvel published books, but other publishers are covered as well.
12
Mailing list discussing all things related to Marvel and DC's budget, B&W collections.  Lots of crossover discussion permissible as well.  Usually a quiet list, with bouts of heavy activity at times.  Website offers a message archive.
13
A TPB and graphic novel review blog, with other commentary thrown in for good measure.  Seems to cover a wide range of publishers and genres.

"Wizard Magazine is the #1 comic book and pop culture magazine in the world. Since 1991, Wizard has been the ultimate authority that both casual and fanatical comic book fans rely on for the latest news and in-depth information on comic creators, upcoming feature films, market prices, trends and everything else that surrounds the world’s most popular heroes and characters."

"Reviews of trade paperbacks of comic books (mostly Marvel), along with a few other semi-relevant comments / reviews."  Despite the site claiming "mostly Marvel", I've noticed a significant number of DC and Dark Horse reviews.  Not a bad thing, mind you.
