Not exactly 100% free graphic novels in their entirety (the Vertigo links provide the first issue only), but cool nonetheless.

As the title indicates, this is a TPB reviews blog.  The owner indicates a focus on Marvel published books, but other publishers are covered as well.

Mailing list discussing all things related to Marvel and DC's budget, B&W collections.  Lots of crossover discussion permissible as well.  Usually a quiet list, with bouts of heavy activity at times.  Website offers a message archive.

A TPB and graphic novel review blog, with other commentary thrown in for good measure.  Seems to cover a wide range of publishers and genres.
