Of course, there is the official GOP site. Lots of resources here. I like the link to host your own republican party or event. Also is a great place to register to vote and request your absentee ballot. Lots of news, as well as the opportunity to customize the page.

This program has the tools that will help you set up your own Republican website. It's good for smaller organizations. The package includes just about everything you need to get a site up and running.

This is the official Young Republicans site. Info on how to join the nationwide group. There's also a link to Young Republican events and how to apply for a leadership position within the club.
