7. You Think Fitness Trumps Fatness. Not so. Congrats on working out, but that's just part of the equation: you still have to burn more than you eat. Portion control is a huge part of diet change, and a great way to manage this is to eat out less. Restaurant portions are HUGE; often enough to feed an entire family.Other comments
