Marilyn Manson and Dita von Teese to Divorce

Shock-rocker Marilyn Manson and his wife are to divorce after just over one year of marriage. Von Teese is a burlesque dancer. They have been together since 2001 and married in November 2005.

This is the story that People.com ran when they got married. Apparently it was a stylish, more conventional ceremony than many though it would be considering Manson is pretty crazy and scary. Just vows exchanged, not blood.

Here's the People.com report of von Teese's divorce filing. That picture looks awfully familiar. I wonder what caused the split ....

Maybe it's the fact that Manson is dating 19-year-old Evan Rachel Wood. Sick.

Here's a news story from Manson's official web site. It's about the opening of Manson's art gallery in Hollywood last October, and it says that Evan Rachel Wood was one of the guests. There's a watercolor painting of her at the gallery. That should have been a red flag for von Teese, I'd think.

Here is Wood's IMDB profile. She's had quite a career for only being 19. Now she can add "home-wrecking ho" to her resume. She's done cute kids films such as "Little Secrets," and really grown-up independent films, like "Down in the Valley" with Ed Norton.

Haha, this is Wood's ex-boyfriend, Jamie Bell, who is almost 21. Sounds like he'd be more her speed. He was that cute kid that loved ballet in Billy Elliott!
