I think this is incredibly selfish. The only positive thing here is that at least when Frieda Birnbaum dies of old age before her children graduate from college they'll have each other.

"The world record for the oldest woman to give birth belongs to Maria del Carmen Bousada Lara of Spain, who gave birth to twin boys on Dec. 29, 2006, seven days shy of her 67th birthday."

Wow, how irresponsible. And this American woman did this through in-vitro: it was on purpose! I could possibly understand that if it happened naturally and the mother was against abortion, but to do this on purpose??

"I didn't know I was that old. And then I'm looking at the media and seeing '60-year-old woman.' I said, 'That's me?' Because I don't know what age means, you know? I feel like a 40-year-old."

In my opinion, even 40 is pushing it for twins.
