You don't even need to know how to sew to craft these ribbon-trimmed curtains. Buy panels of fabric (or make use of fabric remnants), then simply iron on ribbon, rickrack, or other detailing with Stitch Witchery (a fusible bonding web), available in craft stores.

i love the wood blinds, but not with the black trim. i really like the yellow though.

Soften the room's crisp black-and-white patterns with accents in pale lemon, like a mohair throw. Let breakfast in bed expand on the theme with new gold-rimmed transferware.
