The Yakima Valley Quilters' Guild is based in Yakima, Washington. They bring you quilt show, "A Tisket, A Tasket, Quilts in a Basket" to be held on Friday and Saturday, June 8th & 9th, 2007. Quilter's can become members for fees at only $20 per year. Quilters 75 years of age and up are granted membership at no charge. Besides shows and exhibitions, the guild is also engaged in charity work through the quilts they make.
IQA is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Houston, Texas dedicated to the preservation of the art of quilting, the attainment of public recognition for quilting as an art form, and the advancement of the state of the art throughout the world.
