Enterprise Wiki is certainly a boon to the employees of an organization. It empowers them by providing them with a free hand in creating and editing important documents. As any other communication, stakes of misinterpretation are high, try and be polite. Wikis are supposed to be built slowly and steadily, if you can’t create a content try and share existing contents. If someone has added a useful content, praise them and cheer them up. Try not to convert wiki into a chat room but use it for constructive purposes.
