1. Practice self-control. Before you eat any meal imagine how much you would normally eat and cut it in half. 2. Before and after you eat, drink a glass of water. 3. A couple minutes later, exercise for ten minutes. * For two minutes do as many sit ups as you can. * For three minutes do toe touch with two second breaks. * For the last five minutes practice push ups with five second breaks.
