This isn't strictly a wiki either, but the concept is similar... Basically, whatever it is you're expert at, you make a video describing how to do it, upload it, it gets featured and people take notes based on YOUR knowledge...Looks like they've got quite a few categories.. everything from how to keep your horse happy to how to patch drywall...with a few attempts at humor thrown in such as "how to be the perfect girlfriend"...
