This is a weird concept. Basically you can pick two videos, and then you have a slider that lets you decide how much of each video is shown... if it's right in the middle it plays both videos simultaneously and equally.

I think the idea is that you can pick two videos and make a mashup that way, but I haven't seen any really compelling examples yet.
