YTMND

This is a good list of YTMND's that everyone should see... This first one was so good that ebaum's world had to steal it. This was also probably the first thing stolen by ebaum's that actually got taken down (because of actual legal threats).

This is a great Mashup of Cosby (impersonated on Family Guy and the Simpsons) and Cowboy Bebop.... It's done so well that it really could be the intro to cowboy bebop... You may have to reload the page though, since I think the flash player version likes the trailfire too much...

Ok, to get the full effect out of this one, you have to have some background knowledge. I'll have to go over that in another trail though. This one is genius because it mashes up a movie, a commercial, and a parody of the Xmen cartoons done by a fan.... and wraps everything together with the "Oh Yeah" song (which is fitting because that's the Kool-aid Man's catch phrase)....

Another PERFECT match up of sound and image while being original.... If you've NEVER played "The Secret of Monkey Island" you are missing out on some of the best damn gaming the 80's and 90's could produce, but never mind that for a moment. Stan is your stereotypical used car salesman, only he's not selling cars, and he's a pirate (everyone in Melee' Island is a pirate, except poor Guybrush Threepwood who WANTS to be a pirate). So fast-talkin' Stan meets Fast-talking Weird Al Yankovic in this one... again, if the trailfire interrupted the sound, just reload the page..

This particular YTMND has a long story behind it.... I couldn't begin to explain it all even in a trailfire trail, but I can give you links to the goodness from here if you're interested in the backstory.... Just click here and read the whole back story on this weird fad....

Of course, this isn't REALLY how the story ended, but a fan drew this and it's actually so very sad... Which is a departure from the normal YTMND. Still, it's well done, and simple, one of the reasons I liked it so much.

It's just a box.... But boy they like to make a big deal out of it... now at first this might seem lame... but after a while, the lunacy starts to set in... and then you cackle like a madman.... HAHA BOX BOX!! BOX!! BOCKS!!!! BAWKZ!!!! or maybe that's just me?

This is another genius of a mashup. This time it's a movie and a video game.... Han knows the code....

I love the dance remixes... especially when they can make fun of people in a timely manner. This was released not a week after the Ted Stevens "series of tubes" speech... they did such a good job on this, It almost made me want to send some MDMA to the senator in the hopes he'd break out his glow sticks and party instead of acting like an idiot...

Anyone who hasn't seen the Kramer Racist video probably has been sleeping for the past month or so... This is another Excellent remix done to make fun of someone in a timely manner. Well done, and well worth listening to. I love the Seinfeld additions to the song too..

This was right after the whole Hurricane Katrina thing... I loved this so much for obvious reasons... if this doesn't make you laugh, then you're probably from New Orleans and think it's offensive. :P

Another excellent mashup of movie and video games... This came out just after the announcement of the PS3's OUTRAGEOUS price tag... and Kevin Spacey shouting at Kaz Hirai is just too sweet...

If I didn't know better, I'd say Batman was tarding out.... But then again I do know better and I still think he's tarding out... This cracks me up almost everytime I see it. and if that's not funny enough, the fact that this song (Chacarron) actually exists should be good for a laugh... WTF?!

This is another excellent YTMND. The audio wasn't totally original (I had heard it before) but when you combine it with this picture, well, then it's pretty damn funny. I save this page for the people who want to argue religion or politics...

Anyone who remembers Milton from Office Space will love this... even better if you're also a fan of "The Labyrinth" or David Bowie. It's damn near perfect.

This one is great because of the ongoing battles with Scientology. Anytime someone speaks up against the so called "religion" they're told that Scientology is a trademark or copyrighted or some such bullshit and the offending remarks are removed. The people of YTMND didn't back down and in fact, rose to the challenge to make even MORE anti-Scientology YTMND's and this was the best.... Watch the matchbook cover at the end...

The movie "Falling Down" was fucking awesome.... if you haven't seen it, go rent it or something... It's Michael Douglas's best work if you asked me (but I'm not a big Michael Douglas fan)... Anyway, this is just one scene from the movie, with the audio slightly altered and replayed to highlight the idiocy of the moment... A classic YTMND.

Sometimes the joke is in two parts: half in the title, and half in the text... This was a submission to the Dew Army I think... Which if you don't know what that is, go back to the YTMND wiki and look it up... This one is funny and simple... another classic.

Another movie and Commercial mashup... If you haven't seen them yet, google for the "Diabetes remix" or "the Beetus". I don't know which movie this comes from (I do know it's a Tom Cruise movie though) but it's just plain funny to see Wilford Brimley chasing his testing supplies...

If you are over the age of 25 you probably remember seeing this on Sesame Street. I used to love the counting song, even to this day I still sing it when I'm counting eggs... No, really I do!

This one should also go on my WTF list... I tell you right now, this is one totally unexpected and bizarre YTMND.

Of course this needs little explanation... It's just funny to see everyone jamming out....

Another one of those WTF moments for YTMND... As I understand it, the character really said this... but why?

This truly IS disturbing.... but funny! The audio is so funny but the fact it goes perfectly with the pictures makes this even better....

I don't know why, but this makes me smile.... I think it's the fact that chewing man doesn't worry, so he must be happy... Don't worry, be happy now...
