Here's one my Wife and I used to hack our DVD player. it was really easy and made it possible for us to see DVDs from all over the world. I suggest you find a HACK you can understand and then go out and buy your DVD player. Trying to hack some of the high end DVD players (like Sony) are hard and require flashing chips ... so of the cheep ones are easier.
