A highly configurable drag and drop home page. I haven't got it set up yet, but as soon as I have a little time...

Really basic stuff, but once your friends are on it... you may just get hooked.

Sharing live webcam feeds... now that is a big step, if you ask me, in terms of social community web sites/services.
