Hello Students :)

This is going to be a trail of websites that pertain to Reading.  Please follow the trail and answer the questions to the best of your ability and try to learn along the way!

We are going to be exploring reading independently for a variety of purposes. 

On this website check out the Science and Space section.  Then use the word "supernovae " correctly in a sentence.  Email the sentence to me.

Check out the Word of the Day and then explain to me what this sentence means....Email me your answer.

These ancient ruins have slowly succumbed to the inexorable ravages of time.

Check out the Ultimate reading list and pick one book that you might be interested in.  Tell me what intrigued you about this book?  If you had more free time, do you think that you would read for enjoyment? Explain why or why not?  Submit your written answers to me tomorrow in class.

Check out How to write a resume.  On Average, how long will a HR manager look at each resume?  Why is this important to know?  After looking at this website , create a resume for yourself in Microsoft Word.  Use your education (schools) instead of employment.  Submit your resume in class on Friday.

Locate an interesting article in the history section and then read it and reflect in a few sentences on what you have read.
