Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger is starting a Wikipedia competitor.Citzendium is being created to "outdo" Wikipedia. How? The big difference between Citizendium and Wikipedia will be the presence of "experts" on Citizendium who will have the final say in editing disputes.
