This seems one fo the more interesting along with Box.net. My concern is that you get in adn then they have your files. And what happens if they suddenly go out of business?

A very good looking one in the same feel as BaseCamp. Expensive, but feels very reliable and with the supposedly 820,000 members not likely to disappear soon.

Very interesting adn perhaps the most reliable as far as looking after your files. also the most interesting as far as costing model.
