You see they need populist nonsense like X Factor, not stuff which people take time to get into. So, thank heavens for the BBC. This is the KING of British Situation Comedy. None better. Others come close, Father Ted, Blackadder and the like, but for sheer concentrated excellence - only the twelve episodes - this is tops.
