The Supreme Court’s eco-friendly verdict on regulating greenhouse emissions goes down well with the writers of this site. The EPA will eventually be held accountable for regulating vehicular emissions unless they can prove that the emissions don’t have an adverse impact on health or public welfare.

Some facts on China’s coal export numbers doing exceedingly well. Losses being cut, exports were well past the 40 million mark and coal importers had an eye on China. This was exciting news a few years ago, before the world was privy to the more ominous side of coal production and usage. I was struck by how much things can change in just a few years.
