Fox has given early pickups to "House" and "Bones," handing out full-season orders to both drama series for 2007-08. "House," which airs at 9 p.m. Tuesdays, has been renewed for a fourth season, while "Bones," which airs at 8 p.m. Wednesdays, will be back for a third installment.
