At $40 it's a steal at Costco. I bought mine at Best Buy for $53 ($60-12% Reward Zone coupon) and felt it was a great buy. I wanted to compare it to 5982 and PQ wise it's the same (especially since it's similar chipset) except it has USB2.0 and great for my 500G HD full of DivX files. It can be made region free also (search at videohelp website for codes). I already updated it to the latest firmware: http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/d/d...37_fus_aen.zip
