Northwest Progressive Institute: Wal-Mart facing class action discrimination suit

"Still, it's a notable victory and a sign that Wal-Mart may eventually be forced to clean up its act - since it won't do so on its own."

Never mind that Wal-Mart is making many changes in response to public pressures, including this suit.  This isn't about them changing -- its about lawyers getting filthy rich.
