Campus Technology is a good all purpose site. I can get information about ERPs, infrastruction, policy, etc.
The chronicle is another good resource. Like campus technology, this site is widely read by CIO's and IT directors. I have weekly updates emailed to me from this site. Also, many institutions use this for advertising jobs in all areas of higher ed IT.
This site is one I discovered recently and I could spend hours browsing here. I like the format and feel of the site, and the issues seem to be very current.
