Or maybe I should mention the baked potatoes that were thrown, or getting yelled at by my boss, because I didn't pour the ketchup the right way!?! But after 3 years, I’m sure that there were a couple good memories. I just can't think of any right off hand.

Don't assume that my job is easier than yours, and I am some dumb shit who can't get a better job. The restaurant business is a fast paced environment with a high stress level. You don't even see all the things we do behind the scenes. So have some respect.
