Charlie has worked for The Times newspaper, in London for the last 7 years. While primarily employed as the product manager for their website he wrote a number of consumer technologies reviews for the T2 newspaper section. When T2 ceased to carry a review section Charles moved to writing for the newly created Tech and Net section (http://technology.timesonline.co.uk/ ). At the same time Charles was a freelance reviewer for Pocket-link.co.uk (http://www.pocket-lint.co.uk/). Charlie moved to Sydney in May 2006 to take up the position of Editorial Development Manager of NEWS.com.au, News Digital Media’s breaking news website. Charlie is behind the launch of the NEWS Lab (http://lab.news.com.au), the first online media research and development entity within News Corporation. As part of this new site, he will lead the writing team creating the What’s Brewing blog, which will concentrating on the next generation of internet technologies.
