The digital age may create customer service ” Again !” I personally have found in the last year, with the exception of Walgreen’s ,Apple stores ,and Walmart the Brick and Mortar Stores do not give

customer service anymore !   One problem on the street is lack of product knowledge ! Now when online , many firms have the voice mail jail approach !  I will wait but after pushing button’s I would like and answer not a newbie reading me the answer from a screen especially in the world of Geekry ! I buy all my books from Amazon since their web site is informative and navigable, going to a bookstore is a rough ! I recently had to call Comcast regarding the switch to Digital TV it was a pleasant experience ! I think with the launching of Comcast Cares-Customer Service at Comcast is now becoming Digitally Correct ! I don’t call AT&T any more I go to one of their Franchise Stores, since their Customer Service is like shaking hands with an empty glove ! Recently Naomi and I both both got the New LG View Cell Phone excellent piece of Tech store gave us a nice walk through ! We have Comcast Basic Cable and over the last year have been very dissatisfied with the content in fact we have blamed  Comcast for the Programing! Wrong after watching the Interview with Ben Silverman obviously Comcast is at the mercy of this Village Idiot who calls himself  a content creator ! He spouts semantic Jazz like someone selling you A  Bible or Aluminum Siding !  But At least a Tin Man Delivers !  Reality ! I wish Comcast  would consider Basic Cable Users a Priority ! Good contet at a realistic price is important  We deserve more for $300.00 a year !
