As day light returns and the winds subside, City Light will be able to survey where the damage has occurred and start repairs. City Light has more than 200 line crew and another 100 underground crew as back-up gearing up for what will be a long day of power restoration. City Light asks customers not call in to report power outages at this time. Crews are working on the major feeders and will concentrate on getting them back on line. However, if customers are without power later tonight, they should call the Outage Hotline (206-684-7400) to report their outage. If customers or drivers see downed wires, City Light wants to know.
