I sampled a few appetizers -- the fresh rolls and peanut sauce were decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. The betel leaf beef was good. I had a grilled beef rice bowl, which was decent but nothing special. Service, however, was terrible. Almost two hours to eat lunch, with a long wait before appetizers, one appetizer coming out very late, entrees trickling out over a long time, and a couple of wrong entrees. We were a large party, but the restaurant was not very full. There was no acknowledgement from the lackadaisical waiter that anything might even be wrong.

Berkshire Grill

The Berkshire is a pretty good restaurant in the Northgate/Licton Springs area, with a menu of staples like salmon, steak, pasta, and fish. there's a decent selection of starters and entrees, with a fresh sheet that rotates every month or so. while nothing is really a standout, most things are well done. the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, a perfect neighborhood hangout and a good place to go with someone or alone.

Cedars On Brooklyn - Seattle

Some of the best Indian food (and chai!) around.

Mae Phim Thai Restaurant.

Great pioneer square thai.. very very crowded at lunchtime (though they're amazingly efficient).

Tat's Deli

Pioneer square "east coast style" sandwich place. much loved.

Mae Phim Thai Restaurant. - Mozilla Firefox

...

Stacia's Gourmet Pizza & Pasta - Seattle, WA, 98117 - Citysearch

Good pizza, but my favorite thing about Stacia's is the wide variety of crust styles, sauces, and toppings.
