The issue of net neutrality is coming up in what would be a lame-duck congress. Let's hope the real issues are debated. A Multi-tiered net is ok as long as it is transparent.

This wouldn't be so bad if there were any kind of transparency provisions to allow end users to see what they are paying for. As it is we have to look hard to know the quality of service we are getting.
