About this trail:
Interested in joining a Seattle Modeling Agency? These are the top 3 in the Seattle area. Take a look at their sites and requirements!
1
Seattle Models Guild is a great agency, but represent a lot of great people, so if you're not serious about modeling, you may get a bit lost in the crowd.
2
SMG accepts Woman from 5'8"-6'", dress size 4-8, and Men 6'-6'3", suit size 40-42. If you think you have what it takes, go to their open call! All the information is here.
3
Heffner Management is another great agency that works well with models that really want to work hard. If you're interested in a lot of out-of-market work (traveling outside of the Pacific NW for work), then Heffner's a good place for you. As you can see from their front page, their most successful models travel a bunch. Click on "Become a model" for information on how to contact them, if interested.

TCM is the agency my friend is currently with. It has a model AND talent division, so if you're interested in acting, you can go here too. They work hard to make sure everyone in their agency is working, and make sure all of their models are super professional. The head of the agency also puts on a bunch of Seattle's big fashion shows, and she only uses her TCM models for those shows, which is cool. Here's the page telling you what you need if you're interested in joining the agency.
1. These companies all practice triple booking(really not sure about heffner), it happened to me by 2/3 above agencies. For modeling for some time I had a chance to meet some clients the agencies set me up with and I had become friends with. For instance, I would go out on a job making 25$hr told by my agent. Then have 15-20% deducted. Later find out twice, I was billed out for 110.00 per hr, and the agency charged the client a 20% booking fee on top of the deduction they took from my wimpy 25.00. I now work for a NY Fashion agency. Even the scam agencies book for the same clients these above agencies do. Do research and trust who is representing you and NEVER pay them monies.Also.TCM is a production company as well? Serious, just be a agent and act professional head of agency. This is something Barbizon might do to keep people happy after charging 1k on images. BTW most agents have what is called a business degree. See what is hanging up in your agents office.
