Kiva.org - Loans that change lives

I thought it would be good to start with a non-profit. Kiva allows you to loan money to indigent business owners in devoloping countries. They loan the money through MicroFinance Institutions, and then you are paid back after 4-16 months, whenever the business owner is able to pay back the loan.
