Rockboxing your ipod: Almost the ideal portable audio set-up (the Red Wine mod on the next trailmarker takes it to the ultimate). The user-friendliness of the i-pod but instead of Apples DRM crap, you get support for OGG (best quality of mp3) and FLAC (lossless audio codec that takes half the space of a normal WAV file).
