Here's how billing works on Trailfire, from your first invoice to upgrades, overages, and cancellation.
Starter, Growth, or Pro — chosen during onboarding based on your job volume and which engines you want running. You can always change later.
We store your card with our PCI-compliant payment processor. Trailfire never sees the card number directly — we only get a token.
Your plan fee runs on the anniversary of signup each month. Invoices land in your email and stay archived in your dashboard at Settings → Billing.
Every plan includes a monthly postcard quota. If you go over, the extras bill at your plan's per-card rate at the end of the cycle — no surprise mid-month charges. Your exact rate shows in your dashboard at signup.
Plan changes prorate automatically — you only pay the difference for the days remaining in the cycle. No annual contracts and no early termination fees.
One click in Settings → Billing ends the subscription. You keep access through the end of the current cycle, and your data stays exportable for 30 days after that.
