Here's how Trailfire handles your data and your customers' data, end to end.

    We collect only what we need

    Customer contact info, job details, and your business settings. Nothing more — no shadow profiles, no behavioral tracking across the open web, no sale of customer data.

    Your data is isolated per tenant

    Every record — customers, jobs, reviews, campaigns — is keyed to your account at the storage layer. Other Trailfire customers can never query into your data, and we enforce that with database-level isolation, not just application code.

    SMS and email follow consent rules

    Every message includes opt-out language and honors STOP / unsubscribe immediately. Trailfire complies with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and 10DLC carrier registration so nothing gets flagged as spam.

    You own your data — export anytime

    CSV exports of customers, jobs, reviews, and campaign history are available from your dashboard. No "premium tier" gate, no waiting on support — it's your data.

  5. 5

    Deletion requests are honored within 30 days

    If one of your customers requests deletion under GDPR or CCPA, send the request through your dashboard. We remove the record across all backups and confirm in writing within 30 days.

  6. 6

    Sub-processors are disclosed in the DPA

    Trailfire uses a small set of vetted vendors for hosting, SMS/email delivery, payment processing, and postcard printing. The full list lives in our Data Processing Agreement — review it before you sign.
